To access your SMS medical lab report online, please follow the steps below:
- Search for ihms on Google or click here to visit the main SMS hospital lab report website.
- Navigate to the Lab Report Tab.
- Enter the HID and Bill number, as printed on your report slip, or provide your registered mobile number.
- Click on the “View Report” button.
- Your lab report will be displayed on the webpage.
- Click on the “Print Report” button.
- Your report is now downloaded; you can either print it or save it for future reference.

Note: To download your SMS/Zanana Hospital Jaipur lab report, kindly verify your Registration slip. This slip contains the HID and bill number necessary for the download. Online SMS OPD Registration Procedure:
- Fill out the Patient Registration Form with the following mandatory details: Patient Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Gender, Age, Religion, Address, and Mobile Number. (रोगी का नाम, पिता/पति का नाम, लिंग, आयु, धर्म, पता, और मोबाइल नंबर अनिवार्य क्षेत्र हैं।)
- Click on the submit button; please note that the entered information is non-editable. (अब सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करें, क्योंकि यह गैर संपादन योग्य है।)

Important Instructions for Online Appointment:
- Exercise caution when entering required information during registration.
- Verify details before clicking the submit button, as changes cannot be made afterward.
- A confirmation message with the registration number will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Display this message at the fast track counter in Dhanwantri OPD/Charak Bhawan during your visit to obtain the OPD card.
- The appointment is valid only for the selected visit date.
- OPD time for online appointments is from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
