Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) has recently issued a new recruitment notification on their respective website at https://cpri.res.in/career. The recruitment notification is for filling up a total of 99 Electrical Engineering (Officer Grade 1), Technician Grade I, and other posts. Educational Qualification CPRI Post Vacancy 2023
As per the post-wise, the educational qualification details are here.
For Electrical Engineering (Officer Grade 1), Electronics & Communication Engineering (Officer Grade 1), Mechanical Engineering (Officer Grade 1), and Civil Engineering (Officer Grade 1) Posts –
Candidates must have passed a BE / B.Tech Degree in Related Trade with minimum first-class marks from a recognised university in India.
And Candidates must have passed the Gate exam for the year 2021.
For Scientific Assistant Post –
Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with 5 Years of Experience.
For Electrical Engineering Assistant, Civil Engineering Assistant, and Mechanical Engineering Assistant Posts –
Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering in a Related Trade / Branch with at least of 5 Year Experience.
For Technician Grade I Post –
Candidates should have an ITI Certificate in Electrical Trade from a recognised board in India.
For Assistant Grade II Post –
Candidates should have a BA/ BSc. / B.Com/ BBA / BCA/BBM/ with First Class marks from a recognised university in India.
Age Limit
The age of candidates should be between 18 to 35 years as on 14th April 2023.
Age Relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, and PH candidates as per the CPRI official norms.
Application Fee
For Technician & AG II Post –
The General, OBC, and EWS category candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs.500/- through the online modes.
There is no application fee for reserved categories.
For Other Posts –
The General, OBC, and EWS category candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs.1000/-through the online modes.
There is no application fee for reserved categories.
